Demand & Supply Lead

About the role

The Demand & Supply Lead is responsible for translating sales market demand plans into actionable supply and buying plans across continents. This role ensures alignment between customer group plans and aggregated supply plans, while managing allocation and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate bottom‑up demand plans from sales markets into supply plans and buying volumes per planning dimension and warehouse.
• Provide local inputs such as seasonality and climate to inform supply plans.
• Revise and execute optimal channel splits in PLUTO, monitoring both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
• Identify deviations between global supply plans and market needs, offering recommendations for adjustments.
• Act as the continent‑level contact for buying quantification matters and oversee order writing.
• Forecast in‑season supply versus demand and manage pre‑season stock allocation to planning dimensions and warehouses.
• Monitor warehouse allocations in tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pluto) and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning and Continent Logistics to resolve deviations or disruptions.
• Gather learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of allocation logic and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning, forecasting, or data analysis within retail, fashion, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical capability to assess supply and demand plans and identify risks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate cross‑team discussions.
