职位概况
博世集团在北京招聘需求计划员（Demand Planner_DCCB），负责关键客户需求的预测、订单管理及供应链协调，确保按时交付并实现销售目标。
主要职责
- 定期与关键客户沟通，了解市场趋势和需求情况，依据物流协议调整并满足需求。
- 负责客户订单的接收、确认、变更及交付状态的跟进，向相关部门提供准确信息。
- 协调供应链各环节，确保发货准时，处理客户升级事件，降低对生产的影响。
- 维护需求预测、销售机会追踪、准时交付及拖期等报告。
- 在质量、成本、交付三方面平衡供应链，保持健康运转。
- 主导CIP项目，提升计划效率和有效性。
任职要求
- 5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上物流、需求计划或订单履行经验。
- 熟悉ERP系统（如SAP）及其他IT系统（EDI、eKanban等）。
- 具备Lean生产、Lean物流及敏捷（Scrum、Kanban）理念。
- 具备流程设计与优化、项目管理经验。
