Customer Marketing Executive

About the role

The Customer Marketing Executive will support offline channel initiatives, ensuring budgets are managed efficiently and campaigns are executed flawlessly. This role collaborates with multiple internal teams and external partners to drive effective trade marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for offline marketing channels, managing PR and PO processes and monthly expense reconciliation.
• Support execution of key account activities, track performance and provide post‑campaign analysis and optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery while supporting preliminary budget analysis.
• Manage POSM and consumer‑gift programmes, overseeing design, production, logistics, installation and cost settlement, and maintain inventory control.
• Liaise with marketing, regional, customer service, finance, procurement and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in trade or offline channel marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with PR/PO financial processes and basic financial knowledge.
• Experience with POSM management and offline campaign execution.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (or similar financial systems) is a plus.
