职位概况
财务BP高级专员（高级经理），负责为零售及餐饮业务提供财务分析与经营建议，支持业务目标达成。
主要职责
- 深入了解零售及餐饮行业业务模式，参与业务决策，提供专业财务分析与经营建议。
- 负责事业群年度预算编制、滚动预测及执行监控，识别业务风险并提出优化方案。
- 参与业务全流程管理，对产品定价、营销投产比、供应链成本等进行专项分析，提升盈利能力。
- 负责零售餐饮业务线的损益管理，建立财务核算与经营报表体系，确保数据准确合规。
- 推动数智化财务建设，优化业务与财务流程，提升数字化管理效率及内部控制水平。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济等相关专业，具备CPA、ACCA等职业资格者优先。
- 5-10年财务相关工作经验，其中3年以上大型企业财务BP或经营分析经验，有零售、餐饮、供应链行业背景者优先。
- 精通管理会计与财务分析，具备商业洞察力和逻辑思维能力，能够通过数据挖掘业务核心问题。
- 优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门团队协作精神，抗压能力强，适应快节奏的互联网或零售业务环境。
- 熟练操作ERP系统及各类财务分析软件，具备数字化应用意识和解决复杂问题的能力。
