About the role

As the head of the Digital Department, you will steer Bosch's digital backbone and lead the overall digital transformation across all functional areas in Changsha. You will act as both an enabler and a local implementor, ensuring that digital solutions are optimized and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and act as the digital backbone for all functions.
• Lead the preparation and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA.
• Govern data security and act as consultant for data protection measures.
• Provide digital application development and manage the data platform, including AI solutions.
• Implement digital cost management and track benefits within RBCC.
• Plan and execute digital competence enablement initiatives.
• Oversee data governance and define application architecture.
• Own the DiP6 virtual community and coordinate cross‑functional digital activities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong background in SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• Deep understanding of data security, governance and cost management.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
