Air Gateway Assistant

About the role

The Air Gateway Assistant supports daily warehouse and ramp operations for UPS air cargo flights. This position ensures smooth handling of unit load devices (ULDs), cargo loading, and flight‑crew logistics while maintaining strict security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, releasing, loading, unloading, reloading, and pallet netting of ULDs.
• Support flight‑crew administration, including catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
• Coordinate customs, CIQ, and immigration procedures for flight crews traveling between Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and other destinations.
• Execute ramp duties: aircraft loading/unloading, fueling, lavatory service arrangements, and on‑site communication with flight crews.
• Verify load manifest accuracy to ensure ULDs are loaded according to plan.
• Conduct physical checks of daily cargo backlog in the warehouse.
• Adhere to UPS Airline Security procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Experience with daily warehouse and cargo handling operations.
• Familiarity with ramp activities and aircraft servicing.
• Ability to follow strict security and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating flight‑crew logistics.
