职位概况

负责酒店前台及客房等部门的日常运营管理，确保宾客满意度，处理突发事件，协调各部门工作。

主要职责

接待宾客并提供高质量服务。
处理客诉及突发事件，及时做出决策。
监督前台、客房等部门的运营流程，确保标准执行。
使用PMS系统进行房态管理、数据统计与分析。
排班并管理值班团队，确保服务连续性。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
3年以上酒店工作经验，至少1年值班经理或同等岗位经验。
熟悉酒店运营流程，具备优秀的沟通与客户服务意识。
能够在高压环境下快速应变并做出决策。
年龄25-45岁，能适应轮班工作制。
英语熟练者优先。

必备技能

熟练使用酒店管理系统PMS。
熟练操作办公软件（如Word、Excel）。
