Tax Manager – APAC Corporate Income Tax

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Tax Manager to join our APAC Controlling team. The role partners closely with APAC Finance, Regional Tax, local finance teams, external advisors and tax authorities to ensure high‑quality tax compliance, drive process improvements and strengthen tax governance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead APAC corporate income tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Identify compliance risks, process inefficiencies and opportunities for standardisation.
• Develop scalable tax processes, controls and governance frameworks for the APAC region.
• Collaborate with local finance teams, tax authorities and external advisors to resolve tax matters, audits and inquiries.
• Manage relationships with third‑party service providers and monitor service quality.
• Translate complex tax requirements into practical guidance, decision trees and documentation.
• Provide tax support and training to finance teams across APAC.
• Drive tax‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of corporate tax, tax compliance or tax advisory experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
