Senior Engineer, Partner Network Management (Greater China)

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Partner Network Management will lead the strategic planning, development and optimisation of third‑party air network capacity across Greater China. Acting as the bridge between network planning, airline partners, operations, procurement and commercial teams, you will ensure that partner solutions meet service, reliability, flexibility and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate airline, charter and interline partners to support network growth and resilience.
• Develop market‑specific capacity strategies and conduct network analyses to select optimal partners.
• Lead partner onboarding, contract implementation and operational integration.
• Support long‑term planning initiatives such as new market launches, seasonal capacity and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously refine network performance.

Required profile

• Business fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is strongly preferred.
• Experience in air network design, capacity planning or airline operations (0‑10 years acceptable).
• Strong analytical, commercial and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
