Power Semiconductor Product Manager – ME-PM Portfolio

About the role

As a Power Semiconductor Product Manager you will own the ME-PM product portfolio for non‑automotive applications, driving technical support, market analysis and product development across solid‑state transformers, AI data‑center solutions, energy‑storage systems and eVTOL technologies. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and global partners to translate market needs into product road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep technical knowledge of chips, discretes and power modules, including SiC bare die, discrete and module formats.
• Conduct market studies and identify opportunities in non‑automotive sectors such as AI data centers, solid‑state transformers, ESS and eVTOL.
• Lead design‑in activities, visit customers, and present product advantages to drive adoption.
• Gather customer feedback and feed it into the technology capability roadmap.
• Support partnership and localization initiatives in China, including partner evaluation and joint development.
• Prepare high‑level meeting materials and promotional content for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Physics or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on power‑supply applications.
• Proven ability to understand customer applications and translate them into product specifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate across China and global teams.
