Marketing Manager

About the role

3M is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple marketing disciplines. You will shape direction, allocate resources, and drive results for a dynamic functional area within a global innovation leader.

Key responsibilities

• Determine strategic directions, set priorities, and assign resources with full accountability for functional outcomes.
• Establish and manage budgets for one or more marketing departments such as market research, consumer insights, channel/product marketing, shopper marketing, e‑business, branding, pricing, and new product marketing.
• Identify and define market, product, and account opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
• Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing functions with responsibility for budget and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical ability to uncover market and product opportunities.
• Demonstrated accountability for delivering results in a cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive innovative marketing solutions.
