Manager, Transfer Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Transfer Solutions to lead the commercialization and go‑to‑market execution of its Transfer Solutions portfolio (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) in China. The role will drive product rollout, revenue growth and market adoption across banks, non‑bank financial institutions and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Greater China Transfer Solutions business development lead in creating a country commercialization strategy, including market sizing and use‑case analysis.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to design a product suite that addresses key pain points for target customer segments.
• Lead the successful roll‑out of Transfer Solutions (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) across the AP region.
• Achieve aggressive revenue targets for Mastercard Transfer Solutions services.
• Work closely with market teams to scale capabilities and ensure alignment with Mastercard’s overall payments strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product commercialization and go‑to‑market execution within the payments or financial services sector.
• Ability to conduct deep market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with regional, global and local stakeholders.
