Concierge Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Sanya is seeking a Concierge Attendant to join its Front Office team. The role supports guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and personalized service, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for legendary hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, deliver and store guest luggage accurately and within eight minutes.
• Welcome guests by name, escort them to rooms, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Drive hotel buggies after completing required training and certification.
• Record all deliveries, arrivals and departures on the Bellman Control Sheet.
• Handle guest messages, items, and requests promptly and correctly.
• Arrange taxi, limousine and other transportation services for guests and visitors.
• Maintain neat, tidy work areas and ensure secure storage of guest belongings.
• Provide local city information, collect guest preferences and exceed expectations.
