Business Support Manager – Factory Administration

About the role

The Business Support Manager will lead the day‑to‑day administration of our Shenzhen manufacturing site, ensuring smooth operations across employee services, facilities, and government relations. This position acts as the bridge between the plant floor and corporate support functions, driving efficiency and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily factory administration operations to support business and plant activities.
• Oversee employee dormitory, canteen, and related facility management services.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with local government authorities, handling regulatory and labor matters.
• Support government‑related applications, policies, incentives, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between administration and plant operations teams.
• Manage outsourced service providers such as cleaning and facility vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Assist with employee relations, welfare initiatives, and engagement activities.
• Monitor the workplace environment and continuously improve administrative processes.
• Handle urgent site administration issues and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Diploma degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in factory administration, including government relations, dormitory and canteen management, employee relations, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Service‑mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.
