Asset Associate – Inventory & Procurement

About the role

The Asset Associate supports the IP&E team by maintaining optimal inventory levels, processing sales orders, and managing product life‑cycle activities. This position works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and fulfill open sales orders.
• Conduct regular forecasting and inventory reviews, managing product life‑cycle transitions.
• Create initial purchase orders, monitor progress, and adjust or cancel orders as needed.
• Review sludge reports, handling write‑offs, write‑downs, and returns.
• Resolve sales and supplier inquiries, negotiate special return arrangements.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Developed specialized or multi‑skill capabilities through training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and act as an informal resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify key issues from partial or conflicting data.
