职位概况
负责博世电动化运动（EM）业务的出库流程标准化，包括IT工具、物料流及区域仓库布局优化，提升物流效率。
主要职责
- 制定并执行出库流程标准，优化仓库布局和物料流动。
- 作为GB出库流程代表，参与全球流程及解决方案的定义。
- 设定部门发运标准，选型并实施适配的IT系统。
- 分析支持工厂的出库价值流，提供改进方案。
- 建立出库生产率衡量体系，推动全球推广。
- 主导区域物料流优化项目，支持新建工厂上线。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 至少3年物流（运输、仓库、发运）工作经验，熟悉仓库模块。
- 具备SAP物流流程深度了解。
- 英语书写及沟通能力良好。
必备技能
- SAP系统
