职位概况
负责分支行的业务操作及柜台交易，确保所有业务符合内部及外部合规要求，提供高水平的客户服务体验。
主要职责
- 办理柜台交易及系统处理，保证业务准确、合规、完整。
- 遵守本地法律法规及渣打银行内部政策，强化内部控制。
- 协助分支行实现业务目标，推动成本优化方案。
- 坚持以客户为中心的服务理念，提升客户满意度。
- 执行营运操作、行为规范及风险控制，配合监管审查。
任职要求
- 理解并遵守本地法律法规及银行内部政策。
- 具备审慎勤勉的工作态度，能够在团队或个人岗位上有效履职。
- 能够配合监管部门的调查或审查工作。
必备技能
- 熟悉银行柜台业务流程及系统操作。
- 了解合规与风险控制基本要求。
