Senior Oracle Consultant/Manager – Delivery (GDC)

About the role

Deloitte China’s Global Delivery Center (GDC) is seeking a senior‑level consultant/manager to lead Oracle delivery projects across its Chongqing, Dalian and Guangzhou locations. You will apply deep Oracle expertise to design, implement and optimise solutions that meet client‑specific business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply deep expertise in Oracle finance, CRM, SCM and manufacturing modules.
• Tailor end‑to‑end Oracle solutions to address client processes and technology needs.
• Use analytics to challenge conventional thinking and support business and technology objectives.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyse business functions, collect and interpret data, and formulate informed recommendations.
• Incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options.
• Present recommendations clearly and confidently to clients.
• Apply a global perspective to solve problems at the intersection of process and technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of experience on Oracle implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle finance, CRM, SCM and manufacturing modules.
• Proven ability to build business cases aligned with client agendas.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities such as inspiring teams, driving agility and influencing stakeholders.
