Senior Consultant/Manager – Supply Chain & Network Operations (China)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a senior‑level Consultant or Manager to lead supply chain and network operations projects across major Chinese cities. The role involves shaping client strategies, developing reusable assets, and delivering high‑quality analytical work to support business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and share reusable assets for rapid project deployment.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret financial data to strengthen recommendations.
• Present findings with clear, concise messaging supported by data and tools.
• Contribute thought‑leadership content for the network and collaborate with colleagues to ensure superior client experience.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, preferably in supply chain or operations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven consulting skills: slide design, storytelling, problem solving, analytics, and modelling.
• Strong written and oral communication, strategic thinking, and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership – ability to mentor teams and manage client relationships.
