Senior Consultant – CBH & iHealth

About the role

The Senior Consultant will work directly with clients to deliver consulting and market research solutions that improve organizational efficiency and decision‑making in the healthcare sector. The role involves designing and executing primary research to uncover patient and customer behaviours, integrating multiple data sources, and translating findings into actionable insights using advanced statistical and behavioural science methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple or large, complex projects, overseeing all phases from design to delivery.
• Conduct primary research studies to capture customer and patient behaviours.
• Integrate diverse data sources and apply advanced statistical techniques to generate insights.
• Manage client relationships, interacting regularly with senior and junior stakeholders across clinical, public health, medical affairs and commercial teams.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and support the development of complex proposals.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice management and colleague development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is required.
• Several years of experience in consulting, market research or healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
