About the role

Robert Half is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join its talent solutions team in Beijing and Shanghai. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, matching their hiring needs with top‑tier candidates while driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business, culture and hiring requirements to present suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through networks, direct outreach, databases and online advertising.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality, passive talent.
• Prospect new client accounts and expand existing relationships.
• Engage clients with recommendations on top talent and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in external recruitment.
• Strong appetite for business development and sales in a fast‑paced environment.
• Innovative, creative and strategic thinker with a positive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a people‑first approach.
