职位概况
负责工程项目的预算编制、成本控制及决算工作，需熟悉图纸、现场及合同条款，确保预算准确并提供经济预测。
主要职责
- 熟悉图纸和现场，获取技术方案，编制施工图预算。
- 收集技术变更、签证单，进行增减账登记，支撑决算。
- 进行单价分析、经济预测，提供预算调整数据。
- 编制竣工决算，监控预算成本与实际成本。
任职要求
- 工程造价、土建预算管理等相关专业大专以上学历。
- 2年以上预算决算工作经验，接受过造价成本控制等培训。
- 性格稳重、细心、严谨务实，具备职业操守。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握定额及计价规范。
- 熟悉预算软件操作。
- 了解工程造价动态。
