职位概况
我们正在寻找具备募资能力、机构沟通能力与市场理解能力的投资关系经理，负责推动机构募资与LP关系管理，直接参与基金募资材料梳理、潜在投资人拓展及募资流程推进。
主要职责
- 梳理并制作基金募资材料，包括deck、one‑pager、FAQ、DDQ等。
- 拓展并维护家办、高净值、机构及加密领域LP资源，推动募资转化。
- 对外阐述基金策略、收益逻辑、风险框架与差异化优势，提升投资人配置意愿。
- 跟进LP pipeline，推进会议、尽调、法务沟通、认购及入金等流程。
- 维护现有LP关系，进行投后沟通、定期更新与复投转介绍管理。
- 协同管理层、法务、研究与交易团队，持续优化募资叙事和沟通效率。
任职要求
- 具备基金募资或机构投资者关系工作经验。
- 熟悉机构募资流程及LP管理。
- 良好的市场理解能力和沟通表达能力。
- 能够独立撰写和审校募资材料。
必备技能
- 熟练使用PowerPoint、Word等办公软件。
- 具备数据分析与报告撰写能力。
