Membership & Food & Beverage Reservations Manager

About the role

The Membership and Food & Beverage Reservations Manager (or Assistant) leads the Membership and F&B reservation department at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, the role focuses on maximizing revenue through effective reservation occupancy and rate management while delivering the luxury experience Four Seasons is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Membership and Food & Beverage reservation operations, ensuring alignment with hotel revenue goals.
• Develop and implement a yearly marketing plan in partnership with the F&B Sales team, consistent with the overall Food & Beverage annual strategy.
• Collaborate closely with outlet managers and F&B sales associates to provide supportive, flexible service that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Apply principles of reservation occupancy and rate to achieve maximum revenue.
• Report performance and operational metrics to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing membership and F&B reservation functions in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of reservation occupancy, rate structures, and revenue optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments, including outlet managers and sales teams.
