Lime Kiln Installation Supervisor

About the role

Tekniq is seeking an experienced Lime Kiln Installation Supervisor to lead on‑site installation activities for industrial projects in China. The assignment starts immediately and is expected to run for about five months, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all lime kiln installation tasks on the construction site.
• Ensure work complies with technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Verify alignment, measurements, and mechanical installation accuracy using appropriate tools.
• Support project teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in mechanical installation and supervision of lime kiln projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement technologies and tools.
• Willingness to work on international assignments and travel to China.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Use of tachymeters for precise measurements.
• Operation of optical measurement systems.
• Laser alignment tool proficiency.
• Mechanical installation expertise.
