Field Sales – Prepared Food & Beverage

About the role

Join a global leader in resource‑efficient technologies and drive sales of Alfa Laval systems, products and services within the prepared food and beverage sector. You will act as the primary commercial contact, building relationships and delivering value‑focused solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes to promote and sell Alfa Laval solutions to the prepared food and beverage market.
• Analyse market insights and customer buying behaviour to create sales plans aligned with business unit targets.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads into real business opportunities, maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and interactions to understand needs and highlight product value.
• Manage the customer grid and proactive planning using internal tools.
• Prepare highly profitable quotes that emphasize unique selling points and achieve a strong hit‑rate.
• Utilise OneCRM and other sales tools consistently to support decision‑making and improve sales efficiency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales or application experience, preferably in the prepared food and beverage industry or related systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, food & hygienic processing, or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong business acumen, networking ability and negotiation skills.
• Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure and travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneCRM tool.
• Experience using CRM and sales‑planning software.
