Business Development Manager - China

About the role

As an integral member of the Chinese sales team, the Business Development Manager will focus on expanding and protecting revenue across all service lines. The role combines client‑centric sales, territorial coverage, and operational execution to drive growth in the gaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Keywords Studios' full portfolio of services in collaboration with the Global Business Development Director and China Country Manager.
• Maintain professional standards throughout all sales activities, reflecting the company's industry leadership.
• Preserve and grow existing client revenue by nurturing relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Act as an ambassador to solve client challenges and promote cross‑selling opportunities.
• Visit clients, represent the company at conferences, map white‑space opportunities, prospect new leads and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of sales experience in the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Customer‑oriented with strong listening abilities and solid business understanding.
• Flexibility and quick intelligence to handle diverse client scenarios.
