Job description
职位概况
负责虚拟货币领域的AI Agent创新产品的探索、算法设计与落地，实现多Agent协作、技能组合及自我迭代等核心功能。
主要职责
- 主导Agent创新产品的概念构思、可行性验证与原型搭建，跟踪AI Agent前沿技术。
- 设计并实现任务规划、深度推理、技能抽象、工具调用编排、多Agent协作等算法模块。
- 构建Agent评估框架，制定任务完成率、工具调用准确率等评测指标并持续优化。
- 推动跨团队协作，协调数据、工程、前后端等资源，快速迭代产品。
- 关注国内外最新Agent研究，输出技术调研报告，为技术路线提供依据。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、金融工程或区块链相关专业。
- 良好的英文阅读与沟通能力，能快速理解前沿技术文献。
- 熟悉主流Agent框架（LangChain、LangGraph、CrewAI、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK、OpenClaw、OpenHands、Dify）并有落地经验。
- 精通Python编程，具备算法设计与系统实现能力。
