About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consulting Advisor to join our China Health & Life Sciences practice. You will work on end‑to‑end strategy and transformation projects for multinational and domestic pharmaceutical, med‑tech, and digital‑health clients, turning ambiguous market and regulatory challenges into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex problems using data, stakeholder insights, and consulting frameworks.
• Support workstreams under the guidance of project managers, collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Prepare client deliverables and communicate findings fluently in both Mandarin and English.
• Track market and policy trends to develop client insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of consulting experience, preferably in pharma or a related sector.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Master/PhD/MBA) in pharmaceutical science, life science, medicine or a related field.
• Strong influencing and leadership potential, intellectual rigor, flexibility and agility.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin.
