职位概况
负责公司机械设备的日常维护、保养和故障排除，确保设备高效、稳定运行，支持生产连续性。
主要职责
- 依据维护计划执行预防性维护和保养。
- 快速响应机械故障，进行维修调试，最大限度减少停机。
- 参与设备改进项目，提出优化建议。
- 准确记录维护、保养和故障情况，建立设备档案。
- 遵守安全操作规程，协助工程师进行设备安装调试。
- 管理备品备件库存，完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化等相关专业。
- 1年以上大型工业企业机械设备维护经验。
- 熟悉生产机械结构、原理及维护保养方法，具备独立分析解决故障能力。
- 能够识读机械图纸，具备良好团队合作精神。
- 能适应倒班工作，持相关职业资格证书者优先。
