职位概况

负责银保渠道培训执行，搭建培训体系，满足销售员工及外部客户的培训需求，确保合规。

主要职责

根据公司业务规划，组织并落实银保渠道培训。
根据渠道特点，构建并完善培训体系。
提供岗前及在岗培训，确保符合监管要求。

任职要求

具备3年以上保险行业销售或培训经验。
熟悉需求导向的销售流程及培训课程。
具备良好的中文书写及沟通表达能力。
具备2年以上相关全职工作经历，大学本科及以上学历。
政治素质符合要求，遵守党和国家政策。

必备技能

熟练使用各类办公软件。
