Job description

职位概况

负责车间生产计划执行、质量控制及现场管理，确保生产任务按时、保质、保量完成。

主要职责

根据公司排产计划统筹车间生产安排，监控进度并处理异常。
监督作业规范、工序自检互检，落实质量标准，推动流程标准化。
落实5S管理，组织日常巡检与考核，统计分析生产数据并持续改进效率。
排查安全隐患，落实安全生产要求，快速响应突发事件。
管理生产数据、表单记录，主持例会并组织技能培训，建设后备人才梯队。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，3年以上车间现场管理经验。
具备基础电子知识，熟悉电子产品生产流程、工艺与性能。
具备现场教导、沟通协调及流程优化能力。
执行力强，抗压能力佳，具备团队管理与创新思维。
