职位概况
在Siegfried制药生产基地，负责按照标准操作流程和GMP要求，操作工艺设备，生产医药中间体和最终产品。提供倒班工作机会，适合具备化学背景的候选人。
主要职责
- 在遵守SOP、批记录及安全规定的前提下操作生产设备。
- 进行设备清洗、重置及日常维护。
- 按照GMP要求如实记录生产数据。
- 保持车间清洁，参与车间维护。
- 提出工艺和安全改进建议，及时报告安全隐患。
- 分析、处理并汇报生产偏差和异常情况。
- 发现并解决生产环节中的问题。
- 通过持续学习提升个人工作能力。
任职要求
- 具备化学或相关专业背景，能够适应倒班工作。
- 能够在同事支持下独立操作生产设备和系统。
- 熟悉GMP规范，能够规范记录。
- 具备良好的车间维护和清洁意识。
- 具备问题分析与解决能力。
