职位概况
负责大社厂的采购工作，依据工厂请购需求开发新供应商，进行商务沟通、比价及付款条件确认，确保物料及时供应。
主要职责
- 根据工厂需求寻找并评估符合要求的供应商和设备资源。
- 整理询价、议价资料并提交主管复核。
- 制定年度采购成本下降目标及预算计划并执行。
- 监督供应商环境与质量符合公司标准，定期稽核。
- 协调内部部门与外部厂商的合作关系，确保交货及时。
- 管理库存，定期复审供应商交货及仓库耗用情况，防止慢动品和逾期未交。
- 协助采购主管完成部门文件、报表及其他交办事项。
任职要求
- 具备采购或供应链管理相关经验，熟悉供应商开发与评估流程。
- 能够制定并推动成本下降计划。
- 了解质量与环境管理要求，能够执行供应商稽核。
- 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。
必备技能
- 供应商开发与谈判能力。
- 成本控制与预算管理。
- 质量与环境稽核经验。
