我們在新北市樹林區招聘一名店長，負責不動產買賣與租賃的全流程管理與客戶服務，帶領團隊達成業績目標。
主要职责
- 帶領店面經紀人完成房屋、土地買賣與租賃業務。
- 提供不動產專業諮詢與市場資訊分析。
- 維護交易安全，執行履約保證與法務諮詢。
- 管理店面日常營運與客戶關係。
任职要求
- 具備房仲相關工作經驗。
- 有二度就業或轉職意願者亦可。
- 具挑戰精神與主動學習態度。
- 良好的服務意識與溝通能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉不動產交易流程與相關法規。
