职位概况
我们招聘面向面试方向的培训讲师，负责课程讲授、学员辅导及教学研究，确保教学任务顺利完成。
主要职责
- 授课并辅导学员，完成面试相关课程的教学任务。
- 研究命题趋势、解题技巧及教学方法，提升课程质量。
- 编写、研发面试方向所需教材和资料。
- 承担公开课、讲座及大学生就业指导等教学服务。
任职要求
- 管理学、经济学、公共管理、社会学、人力资源、政治学、心理学、教育等相关专业统招本科及以上学历，其他专业优秀者亦可。
- 具备教学、演讲、辩论赛或相关考试经验者优先。
- 语言表达流畅，学习和创新能力强。
- 热爱教师职业，责任心强，精力充沛，能接受出差授课。
必备技能
- 优秀的语言表达与沟通能力。
- 熟悉面试流程与题型研究。
