职位概况
负责在养老社区为居民提供全方位生活服务，协调各专业团队，提升居住体验。
主要职责
- 参与居民评估与服务方案制定，统筹资源提供生活及特约服务。
- 与医疗、活动、餐饮等团队沟通协调，提供服务产品开发建议。
- 协助家属沟通，推动社区共建，促进居民、家属与社区的互信融合。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，社会工作、护理学、心理学、老年服务管理、旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业。
- 热爱养老行业，具备服务意识、亲和力和耐心。
- 具备较强的沟通应变能力，善于处理突发情况和矛盾冲突。
- 熟练使用办公软件及视频会议等工具。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）和视频会议工具。
