职位概况
企业大学讲师（五轴数控方向），负责数控实训教学与人才培养，制定课程计划并组织实施。
主要职责
- 负责数控专业实训教学，指导学员完成任务。
- 制定教学计划、开发课程，规划实训场地及配套设备、耗材。
- 研讨并完善数控人才培养模式，根据市场反馈调整育人方向。
- 完成上级交付的其他人才培养相关工作。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械、数控等相关专业。
- 5年以上企业机加工零件设计与加工经验，精通西门子或海德汉系统。
- 熟悉机械加工课程体系，有教学经验，熟练使用CAD、UG等软件出图、编程。
- 具备扎实的数控编程能力和良好的口头表达能力，能够承担教学与课程组织工作。
