职位概况
我们招聘英语/粤语双语客服，负责为外籍客户提供健康医疗支持及保险理赔等服务，工作时间为周一至周五，周末双休。
主要职责
- 为外籍客户提供就医协助，维护与当地医疗机构的关系，解答相关问题。
- 处理客户咨询、福利查询、理赔争议，协调内部部门解决客户在保期间的问题。
- 独立完成客服工作，维护良好服务秩序，充当客户与公司之间的沟通桥梁。
- 根据售前方案准备文档，包括保障计划、条款约定、服务手册等，并录入系统；准备新入保客户的宣讲资料。
任职要求
- 大学本科以上学历，保险、英语、医学等相关专业优先。
- 三年以上客服工作经验者佳。
- 具备良好的客户服务意识，踏实肯干。
- 英语和粤语听说读写流利，熟练操作电脑。
必备技能
- 流利的英语和粤语沟通能力。
- 熟练使用办公电脑。
