职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱健身、具备服务意识的健身教练，负责会员指导、健身计划制定及场馆维护，工作采用排班制，提供底薪加提成。
主要职责
- 巡场服务，主动了解会员锻炼感受并记录健身档案。
- 根据会员情况调整健身计划，确保训练效果。
- 收集会员建议并及时反馈给主管。
- 日常保养健身器械，保持场地整洁。
- 检查设备遗留物并交至前台，监控空调运行确保舒适温度。
任职要求
- 责任感强，亲和力佳，具备良好沟通能力，能承受工作压力。
- 英语口语良好，能与外籍会员基本交流。
- 相关专业背景，热爱健身行业，愿意接受培训。
- 应聘时请提供近期生活照。
必备技能
- 英语口语交流能力。
