我们正在寻找具备丰富临床经验的小儿外科医生，负责独立开展门诊诊疗并主刀各类小儿外科手术，制定并实施个体化治疗方案。
主要职责
- 独立开展小儿外科门诊诊疗工作。
- 主刀完成各类小儿外科手术。
- 制定并实施患者的治疗方案。
- 参与科室的临床教学与科研工作。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，外科相关专业。
- 主治医师及以上职称，具备3年以上工作经验。
- 具备独立开诊能力。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握小儿外科手术技能。
