职位概况

苏州香格里拉酒店招聘全职保安员，负责酒店安全巡逻与客人服务，确保宾客安全与满意。

主要职责

严格遵守酒店安全政策与程序。
按照集团标准每日巡逻，发现并报告安全隐患。
值班期间保持警惕，防范可能的犯罪活动。
在检查点对人员进行出入检查。
主动为客人提供服务，及时处理客人查询。

任职要求

一年以上保安或相关岗位工作经验。
沟通能力良好，热情开朗，具备原则性。
身体健康，仪表端庄。
能够接受倒班工作。

必备技能

熟悉安全巡逻与现场检查流程。
