职位概况
负责汽车电子领域项目的全流程管理，统筹研发、采购、工艺、质量等团队，确保项目按时、按质交付。
主要职责
- 管理客户关系，协调并领导跨部门团队开展项目。
- 制定并跟踪项目节点，确保关键里程碑按时验证。
- 控制项目变更风险、成本与进度，保证性能目标实现。
- 负责项目直接成本（BOM）、质量和进度管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车行业项目管理经验。
- 熟悉质量、成本、计划管理，具备研发领域专业知识。
- 具备以客户为导向的沟通能力和抗压能力。
- 能够主动带领团队，推动项目按时高质量交付。
- 英语可作为工作语言。
