北京城建北方集团面向2022年应届毕业生，招聘七大方向的管培生岗位，包括施工管理、技术管理、经营管理、安全管理、财务管理、设备安装管理和装饰工程管理。
主要职责
- 根据所分配方向，参与项目现场工作，进行相应的管理或技术支持。
任职要求
- 2022年应届毕业生，符合对应岗位的专业和学历要求。
- 认同公司企业文化及价值观，学习成绩优秀，专业功底扎实。
- 具备良好的思想政治素质、职业道德，遵纪守法，无不良记录。
