职位概况
本岗位为广州地区大型医院的重症住院医师，负责ICU患者的诊疗与管理，提供系统化的带教与培养。
主要职责
- 在科主任和上级医师指导下，承担住院、门诊、急诊的值班工作。
- 对重症患者进行检查、诊断、治疗，开具医嘱并跟踪执行。
- 书写病历，记录住院期间的病程，完成出院病案小结。
- 执行医院规章制度，亲自或指导护士完成重要检查和治疗，防止差错。
任职要求
- 内科学、重症医学或急诊医学方向，硕士及以上学历，已完成住院医师规范化培训。
- 2026或2027年毕业，持有医师资格证、执业证书、毕业证和学位证。
- 具备初级医师职称，可无障碍变更注册。
