主要职责
- 执行基础护理操作，如给药、输液、换药等。

- 监测并记录患者健康状况，维护病房卫生环境。
- 为患者及其家属提供健康教育和心理支持。
任职要求
- 护理专业本科及以上学历。
- 持有有效的护士执业资格证书。
- 熟悉护理流程及相关法律法规。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
- 能够适应轮班工作，身体健康，无重大疾病史。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握常规护理操作技能。
