职位概况
本岗位为广州某医院外科住院医师，提供系统培养、免费住宿及餐补，并协助办理落户。
主要职责
- 在科主任和上级医师指导下，负责住院、门诊、急诊的值班及患者诊疗。
- 完成检查、诊断、治疗，开具医嘱并跟踪执行情况。
- 书写病历、病程记录及出院病案小结。
- 执行规章制度，亲自或指导护士进行检查和治疗，防止差错。
- 参与科室临床研究，收集整理数据，撰写科研论文。
任职要求
- 临床医学、外科学（优先普外、泌外、胸外、神外）硕士及以上学历。
- 已取得医师资格证，可变更注册。
- 在校完成住院医师规范化培训并取得合格证书。
- 具备良好医德医风，责任心强，能承受高强度工作压力。
- 具备良好沟通与团队协作能力，科研能力优秀者优先。
