职位概况
我们正在寻找具备内科诊疗思路和临床经验的医生助理，负责病历管理、病情评估及跨部门沟通，支持上级医生的诊疗工作。
主要职责
- 熟悉内科诊断思路、诊疗流程，完成病史收集、病情评估及流行病学统计。
- 规范撰写门诊、住院病历，记录病程、核对医嘱、归档病案，确保文书完整准确。
- 配合上级医生的诊疗与医疗管理，支持外院专家开诊等工作。
- 负责与其他院区及各部门的沟通协调，确保信息顺畅。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，持有执业助理医师或执业医师资格证。
- 2年以上相关临床工作经验。
- 英文读写流利者优先。
- 具备优秀的沟通与组织协调能力。
