职位概况

负责楼层客房部的日常运营，统筹楼层员工，确保客房及公共区域的清洁与安全。

主要职责

协调并监督楼层所有员工，完成分配工作任务。
处理突发事件、客诉及特殊情况。
检查公共区域及消防设施的清洁状况，排除安全隐患。
管理统计报表，确保库存盘点准确。
核对客房用品、酒水及清洁设备的使用记录。
按照香格里拉集团标准检查员工工作执行情况，纠正问题。

任职要求

至少两年国际五星级酒店客房部工作经验。
具备客房部基础运营知识。
身体健康，能承受工作压力。
自我驱动，具备团队合作精神。
