职位概况

负责装修施工现场的组织与管理，配合工程师落实进度计划，确保施工质量符合图纸和规范要求。

主要职责

配合工程师执行工程进度计划。
监督施工人员按图纸、规范和进度完成施工任务。
做好质量管理，确保施工符合标准。
及时反馈现场异议和投诉，提升管理技术水平。

任职要求

大学专科及以上学历，建筑、土木、工民建、机电类相关专业。
具备强烈的责任心和上进心。

必备技能

熟练使用办公软件。
熟练使用CAD制图软件。
